John Chou

Director, Talent Acquisition & Diversity, Sirius XM Radio

John is a Recruiting and Diversity professional with over 12 years of industry experience.  He has held a variety of roles focusing on Internship & College Recruiting, Media Recruiting, and Recruiting Analytics throughout his career.  John currently leads the Talent Acquisition department at Sirius XM Radio and is also a Diversity Officer for the organization.   He holds a master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College at Columbia University.       

Tasha Ross

Senior Manager, Human Resources - Campus to Career, Viacom

Ms. Ross is an experienced human resources manager and career services professional specializing in developing campus recruitment strategies, strengthening academic and organizational partnerships, internship program management and career counseling. Prior to joining Viacom, Ms. Ross managed and built out comprehensive internship programs at both Loyola Marymount University and Art Center College of Design, where her responsibilities included, providing career counseling and advisement to hundreds of students and alumni seeking careers in entertainment and the arts. Ms. Ross began her career at the Lark Theatre Company in New York, where she managed the literary department and oversaw the review and selection of more than 400 scripts per year for an annual festival. Later, she worked in ad sales and integrated sales at Fox Broadcasting Company on shows which included American Idol, 24 and the Teen Choice Awards. Ms. Ross earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Wesleyan University, has a Master of Fine Arts in Playwriting from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling from LMU. Ms. Ross has been with Viacom since 2014 and is a Senior Human Resources Manager on the Campus to Career team where she oversees and expands partnerships with colleges and organizations, builds diverse pipelines of entry-level and experienced talent within critical functions, manages Viacom’s MBA Leadership Rotation Program, as well as the MBA pipeline for internships and full-time, and co-manages Viacom’s Summer Associate Program.

Carl Bernadotte

Director, Recruitment Research & Executive Search, NBCUniversal

Carl Bernadotte is the Director of Recruitment Research for NBCUniversal’s Executive Search Group. In this role he is responsible for NBCUniversal’s recruiting strategy as it relates to knowledge management and sourcing practices across the company’s entire suite of businesses. Carl’s team is responsible for delivering full-service research offering including, but not limited to: qualitative name generation, candidate / executive talent mapping and profiling, generation of diverse talent pools, competitive market analysis and executive intelligence, succession benches and leadership pipelines.

In addition Carl serves as a key advisor and subject matter expert across a variety of industry segments and functional disciplines, he partners with internal human resources leaders and hiring managers to assess project needs and calibrate deliverables for mission critical and/or hard-to-fill positions.

Prior to joining NBCUniversal Carl was the Research Director for Boyden Global Executive Search, in this role he had oversight of the knowledge management strategy for the global financial services and technology practices. Carl managed all aspects of the research function for the New York office including: candidate intelligence, industry/market data, and competitive benchmarking.

Carl joined Boyden from CTPartners where he led a global research team with offices in New York, London, Paris, and Hong Kong. He started his career in the Research Department of Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leader in the Executive Search industry.
Carl received his bachelors from Boston University in International Business and his MBA from Fordham University in Marketing Management.

Victoria Archer

Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, Lionsgate

As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter for Lionsgate, a global entertainment company, Victoria not only leads full-cycle recruitment for the Motion Picture Group but also spearheads the recruitment strategy for Lionsgate’s MBA and Undergraduate internship program. She is additionally focused on increasing and strengthening the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives across all divisions.

Born and raised in New York City, Victoria received her B.S. in Economics and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business. She started her career at Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and transitioned to Ernst & Young as an Experienced Hire Recruiting Coordinator with the Financial Services division. Victoria moved to Los Angeles in 2015 and briefly worked at The Walt Disney Company within Executive Recruiting prior to joining the Lionsgate team.
