Christina Blankenship

Paid Media Manager, Vayner Media

After a career in contemporary dance, Christina retired and joined VaynerMedia as a community manager. Fascinated by paid media, she joined VM's budding 10 person team in 2014. Since then, the team's grown to over 120 and their portfolio has expanded from $10MM to $129MM, and she's worked across over 40 brands within CPG, QSR, and DR. Christina recently spoke at Facebook HQ to their product teams at an Ease of Use and Transparency conference, and a Bloomberg Philanthropies panel on paid media for the arts/ non profit organizations. 

Elise James-Decruise

Vice President of New Marketing Institute, Media Math

Elise oversees internal and external training initiatives, certification, enterprise education and global program development at MediaMath through the New Marketing Institute (NMI) where she leads a global team of 29, touching 16 different countries.  She joined MediaMath in January of 2012, bringing with her 15 years of experience managing, facilitating and building targeted training programs from the ground up.  She launched NMI shortly thereafter – in Q2 of 2012.  In the 4 years since launch, she’s led the charge in building a team of training professionals who share in her passion for educating and empowering the new generation of marketing professionals.

Successfully transitioning from the financial sector as a global trainer at Thomson Financial (Thomson Reuters), Elise started out her digital marketing career at Right Media (acquired by Yahoo) where she transformed their internal training program and founded Right Media University for the Sales, Operations and Technical Support Teams. By ensuring training curriculum aligned with the overall strategy she was able to directly impact company culture by driving individual, team and organizational performance.  Elise continued her career at Macys.com within the e-commerce division, facilitating and developing curriculum for the New York employees focusing on merchant, marketing, platform and leadership skill development across the organization. By identifying department specific and business needs Elise was able to directly contribute to the corporate vision, ensuring high performance.

Elise maintains a strong presence on the board of prominent industry and L&D organizations such as the IAB and ATD. She holds a seat on the IAB Board and is also part of the IAB Digital Leadership Program, which helps foster growth for the next generation of digital marketing and advertising executives. She has also joined the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a member of the ATD Forum Advisory Group, helping to shape forum activities through thought leadership and collaboration.

Elise holds a B.A., in Communications, PR & Advertising along with a M.S., in Instructional Leadership and Business Communications from Robert Morris University. Elise resides in Bergen County New Jersey with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, playing basketball, watching sports, mentoring and providing career development coaching to former and current student-athletes who are making a transition into the corporate world.

Kate O'Loughlin

Senior Vice President Media Business, Tapad

As employee number three at Tapad, Kate has been instrumental in the company’s 70% YoY growth. She worked with Tapad’s founding members in the planning and creation of the company’s proprietary and award winning technology, The Device Graph™.

Now leading the company’s advertising business, Kate oversees Tapad’s Unify Platform, used to serve cross-screen advertising campaigns for marketers. Additionally, she leads product development, sales alignment and customer relationship management. One example is Tapad's latest innovation, TV Pulse, which launched in June 2015. As the TV Pulse business lead, Kate oversees all initiatives that allow marketers to connect linear television data with digital campaigns -- another first-of-its-kind for the industry.

As the head of the Media Business, Kate is an active contributor to the marketing tech space. She has been featured in MediaPost and Adotas, interviewed by industry trades, and has been on-stage with leading automotive brands at Motor City West. Kate was also interviewed and featured on BeetTV. Recently, Kate was named one of the “Top Women in Digital” by Cynopsis Media.

Before Tapad, Kate was a Product Director at MediaMath and a Lockheed Martin Senior Systems Engineer. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from University of Virginia and a Masters of Science in eBusiness Technology from Carnegie Mellon.

Joe Zito

Vice President and General Manager Retail and Dining, Oracle Data Cloud

Joe is currently Vice President and General Manager of Retail and Dining at Oracle Data Cloud. Here Joe manages the retail business unit which was formerly Datalogix, the leader at connecting offline consumer spending to digital marketing, acquired by Oracle Data Cloud in 2015. As General Manager, he is responsible for overarching strategy, product, marketing, sales, client services, retail data partnerships, and all engagement with the retail industry encompassing data and analytics. Joe enjoys helping marketers, their agencies and other partners, solve complex challenges with sophisticated solutions to make things simple. Joe spent the last 15 years working with digital and CRM strategies, most recently with the Cross-Channel Marketing team at Experian Marketing Services. He currently resides in New York City with his wife and two children.

Emry Downinghall

Vice President of Advertising, StudyBreak Media, Chegg

Emry joined Chegg to serve as the VP of Advertising in the acquisition of ImagineEasy Solutions where he had been the companies first hire and founding member of StudyBreak Media. StudyBreak Media focuses on advertising optimization, utilizing custom ad tech, data science, analytics and engineering to maximize the value of their inventory. StudyBreak Media was an early adopter of header bidding and strives to be at the vanguard of programmatic technology. 

Ridhi Malhotra

Vice President Analytics, Zenith Media

Ridhi Malhotra is the VP of Analytics at Zenith, part of Publicis Media.  Joining the Zenith team in 2016, Ridhi is the responsible for developing analytical insights to drive ongoing optimization strategies throughout the media buying cycle, all focused on driving ROI for our clients. She also supports the advanced analytics function that uses innovative statistical methods to develop solutions to complex data problems.

Prior to joining Zenith, Ridhi worked with GroupM and American Express in the marketing analytics space. Ridhi received her bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Delhi University and her master’s in Mathematics from IIT Delhi.

Seckin Ozdamar

Engagement Director, AppNexus

Seckin leads sales and client engagements at AppNexus, largest independent adtech platform. He advises leadership at ad-tech and mar-tech companies on industry trends and enables product adoption across teams of traders, engineers, data scientists and sales.

Prior to AppNexus, Seckin worked at McKinsey New York office on engagements ranging from technology enablement in tech and financial services to workforce transformation and organization design.

Before joining McKinsey, he held business management and engineering roles in the semiconductor industry. Seckin owned business development, product management and sales as he created a new Internet of Things product line at Maxim Integrated. Winning Amazon Kindle and Samsung Galaxy businesses, he secured $100MM bookings in three years.

Seckin holds an MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and BS in Electrical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University
