Errol Antzis, Co-Manager and Principal-Mezzanine Investments, Veronis Suhler Stevenson

Errol R. Antzis joined Veronis Suhler Stevenson in 2002 as Managing Director and Principal, and is the Co-Manager of VSS Mezzanine Partners, L.P., a fund that invests in Media and Communications companies. In addition to managing the Fund, Mr. Antzis is responsible for originating, structuring, closing and monitoring fund investments and investment banking transactions. Prior to joining VSS, Mr. Antzis was a founder of EMX, Inc., a GE Capital company, where he led the group's Media and Entertainment finance effort. Previously, Mr. Antzis founded and was the Division Head of Paribas' (now BNP Paribas) Media and Telecommunications Finance Group. Mr. Antzis was also a member of the Media finance groups at the Bank of New York and Chase, spending the entirety of his twenty-two year career advising and financing media, communications and entertainment clients. Mr. Antzis graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1980 with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Economics, and earned an MBA in Corporate Finance from New York University in 1982.
